The renowned IBM research scientist Marcel Vogel spent years studying and refining quartz crystals to discover how precise angles cut into the crystals could increase and amplify the energy flowing throw them. Ultimately it was found that crystals cut to the extremely precise measurement of 51 degrees, 51 minutes and 51 seconds would create an increased spiralling effect with the transmission of energy from one point to the other. These degrees are also claimed as the precise angles of the sides of the Great Pyramid of Giza.

The large end of a Vogel crystal is considered the female end, drawing in energy, with amplification occurring as the energy moves up the length of the crystal and increasing in intensity as it spirals against each side. Focused and intensified energy exits the male end in a laser-like ray. According to Vogel’s research, the number of sides of these precisely cut crystals determines the frequency and vibration of the crystal. Higher numbers of sides and facets create higher vibrational frequency.

Natural Healing - Crustal Light Bed - Crystal Light Therapy

Although many cut and polished crystals are said to be Vogel style, they should not be mistaken for genuine Vogel crystals, which are very costly due to the labour and accuracy of creating them.

Our Crystal Light Beds include seven extremely clear and highly polished Vogel quartz crystals.

When you lay on one of these crystal beds, the crystals are aligned above the seven energy centres or chakras. Coloured inserts, matching the vibrational frequency of the chakras, radiate light and energy through the powerful crystals to each respective chakra, and pulse on and off in specific rhythms to cleanse, balance and align your energies.

The above description of Vogel crystals was generously provided by the lovely Diane Sova from her book Crystal Clarity.

For the best results, wear white or light coloured clothing; simply maintain an attitude of openness, receptivity, whilst relaxing on the bed with your eyes closed. It is also helpful, but not essential, that you form a specific intention or prayer with which you need help.
